Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and ServiceMax solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems
• Optimize field service operations through automation, workflows, and streamlined processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSL/ServiceMax implementations
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from design to deployment

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Experience:

  3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce FSL/ServiceMax development

• Projects:

  Demonstrated involvement in at least 2 successful projects

• Notice Period:

  Available to join within 0-15 days

• Skills:

  Expertise in Salesforce FSL/ServiceMax, Service Cloud, and custom development

• Graduation Year:

  2019 or earlier only
