for customers, partners, and internal users.
Configure and customize
Lightning Templates, Themes, and Components

Build secure
authentication (SSO, Identity, OAuth)

Enhance
self-service, knowledge base, and case deflection
via Experience Cloud.
Integrate Experience Cloud with
Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external systems
.
Build dashboards and reports for
community insights and analytics
.

Required Skills

45 years Salesforce experience, 2+ years in
Experience Cloud
.
Strong knowledge of
community templates, security, and sharing rules
.
Hands-on in
LWC, Apex, Flows
.
Experience with
customer/partner engagement models
.
Salesforce
Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
preferred.
