Salesforce Experience cloud + Service Cloud Developer

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Experience Cloud + Service Cloud Developer to join the team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications on Salesforce.com. Understanding of Agile Development, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, candidates should have familiarity with Accountability, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate initiative. The mandatory skills required for this position include Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs. Proficiency in Service Cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal deployment using Flosum is necessary. Advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, and configuring Salesforce Flow is expected. The candidate should have experience in custom Salesforce.com development, including Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages/Components, Visualforce Emails, creating Community/Experience Cloud Components, using CSS and JavaScript to alter the look of pages, and integrating Salesforce.com with third-party systems. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in web technologies using HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Troubleshooting skills, intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets, and experience in any Object-Oriented programming language such as Java or C# are desired. A Salesforce Developer I Certification is recommended.
