Salesforce Experience cloud + Service Cloud Developer

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Experience Cloud + Service Cloud Developer to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications on Salesforce.com and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field. You should have a good understanding of Agile Development methodologies and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work in a team environment, and take initiative when required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Key mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs. You should also be proficient in Service Cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal deployment using Flosum. Advanced-level proficiency in Lightning Web Component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, and configuring Salesforce Flow is required. Experience with custom Salesforce.com development, including Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages/Components, Emails, Community/Experience Cloud Components, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce integration with third-party systems is highly desirable. Additionally, intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein Analytical Studio, and knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets is necessary. Experience in any Object-Oriented programming language such as Java or C# is preferred, and possession of the Salesforce Developer I Certification is recommended.
