As a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 34 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly in building applications using Aura Components, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. A strong grasp of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and integration patterns is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. - Work with Salesforce Lightning Experience, creating dynamic UIs using Aura framework. - Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. - Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and participate in release management activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Follow Salesforce best practices, and ensure compliance with security and data governance policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 34 years of experience in Salesforce development. - Strong experience in Aura Component Framework and understanding of its lifecycle. - Solid experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL. - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git and deployment tools like Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Developer II or other certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
