Who are we looking for? We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer who has good Salesforce Platform Knowledge with Administration, deployment, release and test management to join our dynamic team. Technical Skills: Must-Have Skillsets: Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, including Apex code Salesforce Admin Experience Copado Expertise : Hands-on experience with Copado for managing Salesforce deployments, metadata tracking, CI/CD, and release automation. Regression Testing (AccelQ) : Collaborate with Regression Testing team in using AccelQ GitHub : Knowledge in using GitHub for version control, branching strategies, pull requests workflows and resolving conflicts. Nice-to-Have Skillsets: Communications : Release and Stakeholder communications Salesforce Certifications : Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator Other CI/CD Tools : Salesforce CI/CD tools like Gearset Working Window Overlap with the customer place (currently operating out of CST and EST time zone) during US evening post 8 PM EST Activities: Release Management activities Post Release Checks: Verify Meta Data (Objects, Fields) Review logs - Debug logs, Apex logs Data Integrity Checks Release communication and Rollback Process & Behavioral Skills: Ability to handle multiple strategic & critical projects/deliveries simultaneously. Effective interpersonal, coaching, team building and communication skills. Ability to run/coordinate meetings, major incident calls and communicate with customers. Desire for continuous improvement and ownership skills. Ability to communicate complex technology to no tech audience in simple and precise manner. Quick learner, while working outside the area of expertise. Flexible to support 24*7 support environment. Ability to see the bigger picture and differing perspectives; to compromise, to balance competing priorities, and to prioritize deliverables.
