Job Summary Aumni Techworks is seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Development Team Lead to guide our Salesforce development efforts The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in Salesforce, including Revenue Cloud and CPQ, combined with proven leadership abilities You will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, managing the technical roadmap for our CRM, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that support our rapid growth, Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration, Technical Roadmap & Architecture: Own the technical architecture and development roadmap for our Salesforce instance, making key decisions to ensure scalability and performance, Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical design and development to testing and deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification, Hands-on Development: Act as a senior technical resource, contributing to complex development tasks and providing expert guidance on Apex, LWC, and integrations, Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership in RevOps, Sales, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into a technical strategy, Best Practices: Establish and enforce development standards, code review processes, and deployment best practices to ensure the stability and quality of our CRM, Requirements 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role, Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ, Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, Experience managing and mentoring a team of developers, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and CPQ Specialist certifications are required, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable, Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment, Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, About Aumni Techworks Aumni Techworks, established in 2016, is a Software Services Company that partners with Product companies to build and manage their dedicated teams in India So, while you are working for a services company, you are working within a product team and growing with them We do not take on projects, and we have long-term (open-ended) contracts with our clients When our clients sign up with us, they are looking at a multi-year relationship For e-g Some of the clients we signed up with 8 or 6 years, are still with us We do not move people across client teams and there is no concept of bench At Aumni, we believe in quality work, and we truly believe that Indian talent is at par with someone in NY, London or Germany 300+ and growing Benefits Of Working At Aumni Techworks Our award-winning culture reminds us of our engineering days, Medical insurance (including Parents), Life and Disability insurance 24 leaves + 10 public holidays + leaves for Hospitalization, maternity, paternity and bereavement, On site Gym, TT, Carrom, Foosball and Pool table Hybrid work culture Fitness group / rewards Friday Socials, Annual parties, treks, Show more Show less
