Salesforce Developers - LWC

You should have a minimum of 7 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your expertise should include working on Sales and Service Cloud, as well as a strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, you should be proficient in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL, and have a good grasp of Salesforce best practices related to code versioning, deployment, and security. Your communication skills should be top-notch, allowing you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is required. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Lightning web components for various Salesforce applications. You will also need to review technical risks, validate architectures, and participate in Azure/GIT deployment processes. Collaboration with project teams, code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and providing guidance to junior developers are essential aspects of the role. Troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring smooth application functionality are also part of your responsibilities. To stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies, you must continuously update the applications based on business needs. Providing technical support to end-users, participating in Agile processes, and reporting progress to the project team are crucial components of this role. Moreover, hands-on experience with complex integrations and at least one Salesforce certification, such as PD1, is a must for this position.,
