Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, good knowledge of Experience Cloud, and the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Configured and developed solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Knowledge Base Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions. • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. • Ensure best practices, perform unit testing, and support deployment activities.
Required Skills
5–7 years of Salesforce development experience. • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud functionality. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, and roles. • Hands-on experience with API integrations and deployment tools.
