Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and customize solutions using Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements
• Ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed in configuring and customizing the application
• Communicate with project manager, scrum master, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

• Develop detailed system requirement specifications for medium to large program segments

• Develop Technical Design Document, Conduct peer review, Unit Testing

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Service Cloud

• Salesforce Lightning experience, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE and Force.com Ajax Toolkit, Salesforce API integration

• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization

• Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems (like Mulesoft etc)

• Strong experience in Agile way of working

• DevOps practitioner with

  Copado

  , Git, GitHub and CI/CD experience

• Good understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX

• Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes

• Good Communication, Analytical & problem solving skill

• Working experience on

  Service Cloud implementation, CTI Integration, Omni channel implementation

  are must.
