We are hiring for the following Salesforce roles. Please find the details below:

1. SFDC Developer

• Experience: 1-3 years
• Certification: Salesforce Certification (preferred)
• Skills: Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Streams, Data Models, downstream system integration

2. SFDC Data Cloud Developer

• Experience: 3-6 years | Immediate Joiners
• Certification: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Domain: Pharma HIPAA familiarity (good to have)
• Skills: Data ingestion (web, CRM, apps, media), DMOs, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Journey Orchestration

3. SFMC Skilled Resources (Night Shift)

• Experience: 3-6 years | Immediate Joiners
• Shift: 6-7 PM to 3-4 AM IST
• Skills: Campaign configuration, QC, deployment, cross-functional coordination, strong communication.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop custom components, triggers, and interfaces using Apex and other relevant technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce development.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Force com objects and fields types.
• Experience with developing custom components using Apex, Visualforce pages, and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and techniques, including data migration and synchronization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
