Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer at Techcoopers, you will be a crucial member of the team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the CRM system. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations. Collaborating with a group of engineers and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions that drive the growth and success of Techcoopers. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to gather business and technical requirements - Contribute to application design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Configure and customize the Salesforce.com platform - Participate in testing, training, and documentation efforts - Provide operational support, bug fixes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives for application design and development Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Direct experience working on CRM projects for medium to large companies - Expertise in complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and LWC/Aura framework - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce functionalities like permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards - Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Unit Testing) - Experience with Java SE & EE, relational databases, Agile methodologies, web services Additional Details: If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is keen on expanding your professional network, this opportunity at Techcoopers could be the perfect fit for you.
