Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) to join our growing CRM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, a solid understanding of CG Cloud features like Retail Execution, Visit Planning, and Store Audits, and be capable of delivering scalable and efficient CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Consumer Goods Cloud . Implement Retail Execution features such as visit planning , store execution , and image recognition . Develop custom components using Apex , LWC (Lightning Web Components) , and Visualforce . Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs , middleware , and data sync tools . Work closely with product owners and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce orgs including user interfaces, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by leveraging data models and data integration best practices . Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools. Stay current on Salesforce releases and CG Cloud enhancements to recommend best-fit solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. 1+ years working with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (Retail Execution/Visit Execution modules). Proficient in Apex , SOQL/SOSL , LWC , and Salesforce configuration . Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs . Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and Security Model (profiles, roles, sharing rules). Experience with Salesforce DX , Scratch Orgs , and version control (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
