Role & responsibilities

Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities, including case management, knowledge base, service console, entitlements, and Service Cloud Voice capabilities.
Familiarity with Apex programming language and Visualforce pages for advanced customization and development within Service Cloud. Expertise in designing and maintaining a knowledge base within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Exposure on AURA, Apex, Visual Force, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Triggers, JavaScript, Apex Data Loader, Lightning Components, Live Agent, Integration (REST & SOAP), SFDX, Standard and Custom Objects.
Sound knowledge in integrating Salesforce with other third-party systems and Bulk API.
Hands-on experience on salesforce deployment experience using Ant tool, Change Sets, etc
Proficiency in SFDC tasks like creating profiles, Roles and Users, Page Layouts, Record types, Email Services, Approvals and Reports.
Enhancements and fixing production issues adhering to best practices and delivery commitments.
Experience in solving issues by interpreting the customer needs and expectations.
Strong in analytical and problem solving and fluent in communication.
