About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
Build enterprise-grade systems with high availability and performance.
Write reliable, performant code with monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
Conduct design/code reviews to ensure best practices and scalability.
Improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.

Requirements:

5–8 years of Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud + Omni Channel).
Strong in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Aura, LWC, and JavaScript.
Experience with Salesforce Web Service APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata).
Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (Required).
Experience with integrations (3rd party apps, AppExchange products).
Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and deployment processes.
Salesforce Service Cloud & Architect certifications preferred.
Good to have: Data Cloud/Experience Cloud, MuleSoft development.
