Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
. - Build
custom components, triggers, and workflows
aligned to complex business processes across Sales Cloud and related modules. - Translate user stories and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
Integrations Data Connectivity
- Implement integrations with
internal systems, data platforms, and third-party applications
using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools. - Collaborate with data and engineering teams to enable
real-time data flows
and maintain system reliability. - Optimize API usage, governor limits, and query performance to ensure
seamless, low-latency execution

Automation Intelligent Workflows
- Develop
Flows and automation triggers
that reduce manual effort and improve business efficiency. - Experiment with
AI-driven or prompt-based automations
using Salesforce s JSON or Einstein capabilities (preferred exposure). - Partner with product managers to embed intelligent insights and recommendations into Sales workflows.
Debugging, Testing Optimization
- Perform
code reviews, debugging, and platform diagnostics
to ensure reliability and quality. - Optimize Apex code, SOQL queries, and LWC performance for large data volumes.
- Contribute to CI/CD, sandbox goverce, and release management processes.
Platform Administration Collaboration
- Support user requests, permission management, and platform configurations.
- Work with admins and product teams to ensure high adoption and platform hygiene.
- Document technical implementations, contribute to best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills Experience

of Salesforce development experience, primarily in Sales Cloud
. - Strong knowledge of
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
. - Experience in
Salesforce integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architecture). - Familiarity with
Salesforce data modeling, validation, and security design
. - Proficiency in
debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
. - Understanding of
Salesforce admin fundamentals
user setup, permission sets, roles, and sandbox management. - Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to collaborate across product and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce
Platform Developer I / II
or Administrator
certification. - Exposure to
multi-cloud environments
(Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud). - Knowledge of
Salesforce DevOps tools
(Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git). - Familiarity with
AI capabilities
such as Einstein GPT or JSON-based automations ( preferred
). - Prior experience in
Fintech / BFSI / SaaS organizations
managing large-scale CRM use cases. - Comfortable working in
Agile/Scrum
development cycles.
