Salesforce Developer (Omni, Apex, Flow)

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio/Omni-Channel, Apex, and Flow to join our Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer and partner experiences.

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Configure and customize Omni-Channel routing for efficient distribution of cases, leads, and service requests.
• Develop and optimize record-triggered Flows, screen Flows, and automated business processes.
• Write Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to implement advanced business logic.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, including maintaining high test coverage.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs where required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth platform performance.

• 36 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Practical experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) and/or Omni-Channel configuration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework and custom component development (LWC preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and data model.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (Platform Developer I / OmniStudio Developer).

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Git, Jenkins) for Salesforce deployments.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
