Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  Salesforce applications

  focusing on Service Cloud and Omni Channel.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems.
• Lead

  end-to-end Salesforce development

  from design and coding to integration and deployment.
• Develop robust solutions using

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Aura, and LWC

  .
• Integrate Salesforce with

  3rd-party applications and AppExchange products

  .
• Manage

  CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins deployments

  , and adhere to change management policies.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define and execute technical strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and continuously improve application performance.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 58 years

  of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in

  Service Cloud

  and

  Omni Channel

  (mandatory).
• Experience with

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL

  , and

  Salesforce Web Service APIs

  (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata).
• Strong in

  Aura, LWC, and JavaScript

  .
• Good to have:

  Experience Cloud

  ,

  Data Cloud

  , or

  MuleSoft

  integration.
• Experience with

  Salesforce deployment processes (CI/CD, Jenkins)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data management

  , SQL, and RDBMS technologies.

• Salesforce Service Cloud and Architect Certifications

  preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification

  Required.
