As the Lead Member of Technical Staff (Salesforce Platform) at our Digital Marketing Technology team in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with various stakeholders to create future-ready architectures and implement solutions that align with business needs. You will be responsible for leading the technical design and architecture of scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and platform APIs. Your role will involve providing guidance on Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and solution trade-offs, as well as building integrations with external systems using REST/GraphQL APIs. In this position, you will work closely with product managers, architects, and global teams to automate business processes, mentor junior engineers, and drive code quality through peer reviews and unit testing. Your ability to lead technical initiatives, influence design decisions, and deliver high-quality outcomes will be essential in this role. To be successful as a Lead Member of Technical Staff, you should have at least 12 years of full-stack engineering experience with deep expertise in Salesforce platform technologies. You must be proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and have extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems. Additionally, you should have a strong command over JavaScript, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. Certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Dev I, and Salesforce Administrator, along with experience in test automation tools, CI/CD processes, and exposure to CRM Analytics, will be beneficial for this role. Your excellent communication skills, hands-on approach, and ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams will further contribute to your success in this position.
