Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming. The role requires working knowledge of Azure B2C and familiarity with Salesforce best practices related to code versioning, deployment, and security. The candidate will also be responsible for production support activities and must be comfortable working in the second shift (2 PM to 11:15 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and

  Apex

  .
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver effective solutions.
  
• Manage code versioning and deployment processes using Salesforce best practices and tools.
  
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and code reviews.
  
• Handle production support activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms.
  
• Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clearly articulating technical concepts and project status.
  
• Work in the

  second shift (2 PM to 11:15 PM IST)

  to provide support and manage production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce development, including strong expertise in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and

  Apex

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure B2C

  for authentication and identity management.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including version control, deployment strategies, and security protocols.
  
• Experience with Salesforce tools such as

  Salesforce DX

  ,

  Change Sets

  ,

  ANT Migration Tool

  , or similar deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Experience in production support and managing live Salesforce environments.
  
• Willingness and availability to work in the

  second shift (2 PM 11:15 PM IST)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) will be an advantage.
  
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
  
• Knowledge of integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP).
