We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our CapitalBox team. In this role, you ll develop, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform to support business operations, integrations, and process automation across the SME lending lifecycle. Your focus: Develop and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, components, and Visualforce pages Design and implement business logic using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Customize and configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, deployment, and support Maintain and optimize codebase following best practices for performance, scalability, and security Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and assist with release management Required skills & qualifications: Must-have: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security model, governor limits, and performance tuning Experience working in Lightning Experience and developing Lightning Web Components Proficient in SOQL with solid database design fundamentals Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, SFDX) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice-to-have: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi Exposure to enterprise architecture and scalable system design We offer: At Multitude, we believe in empowering our employees to thrive personally and professionally.
