Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source cyber intelligence to develop in-depth analysis of the organization s networks, systems, users, and data. Create technical security assessments and cyber threat profiles of current infrastructure. Develop and maintain procedures to meet changing requirements and enable more strategic decisions. Stay abreast of innovative business and technology trends in information security, risk, and controls. Advise on technology initiatives that support the latest trends in information security, risk, and controls. Identify applicable regulatory risks from changes or additions to regulatory guidance and requirements. Provide expertise for resolution and risk mitigation. Perform process-level walkthroughs, control testing, etc, for the identification and assessment of information security risks and controls. Required skills qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a similar technical field. Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience, with at least 2 years in Information Security Management. Practical expertise with EDR, SIEM, and SOAR. Experience with Linux, Windows, and Network Operating Systems. Familiarity with microservice architecture, event sourcing, distributed systems, and asynchronous communication. Basic knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kibana, New Relic, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Oauth2, Kubernetes, Terraform. Proficiency in programming and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to drive conversations with diverse teams and effectively communicate results to leadership. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our CapitalBox team. In this role, you ll develop, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform to support business operations, integrations, and process automation across the SME lending lifecycle. About the role We are seeking an Application Support Engineer with prior experience in an application support role to join our team and help ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our production environment. In this role, you will take ownership of resolving complex production incidents, identifying root causes, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance the performance and reliability of our systems. You will be instrumental in supporting our loan handling software and related applications, which serve customers across 10+ countries, while driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional user experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong technical foundation particularly in Microservices, APIs, SQL and analyzing and troubleshooting logs using tools like Kibana. Familiarity with RabbitMQ and Kafka is beneficial, and while our applications are primarily cloud-based (e.g., on Azure), deep knowledge of the hosting platform is not essential. Key Responsibilities Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex business process incidents related to technical and process issues. Take ownership of critical production incidents, coordinating effectively with Business, Backoffice, and Development teams. Set up and optimize application and process monitoring using appropriate tools to proactively prevent production issues. Lead root cause analyses and contribute to the problem management process to enhance system stability. Troubleshoot technical issues, assign priorities, and escalate problems where necessary. Strong understanding of the IT development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize parallel tasks while addressing ad-hoc requirements. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry, with knowledge of onboarding processes and payment systems is highly advantageous. Hands-on experience with tools such as Kibana, JIRA, Confluence and Grafana. Familiarity with APIs and microservices architecture. SQL knowledge, with the ability to write and optimize simple queries and perform data analysis is welcome.
