Job Title: Salesforce Developer (LWC & Apex) Experience: 46 Years Open Positions: 3 Location: [Specify Location or Mention if Remote/Hybrid] Job Type: [Full-time / Contract / Permanent] Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and experienced Salesforce Developers with 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex . The ideal candidates will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom LWC components to enhance user experience in Salesforce Lightning. Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for business logic. Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Work with Salesforce Admins and Architects to implement best practices. Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards. Assist in deployments using CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components . Proficient in Apex development (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, batch jobs). Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model . Experience with Salesforce DX , Version Control , and Deployment Tools . Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud , Sales Cloud , or Experience Cloud . Exposure to integration patterns and third-party integrations. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development practices. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
