Key Result Areas: Create Scalable solutions in Salesforce that have an impact on the End User experience and accelerate business to reach new heights. Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role: Understand the business requirements Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. Programming solutions in Salesforce's Apex programming language, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework and JS Frameworks with API integrations to cloud and back-office systems Mandatory Skillset & Tools: Proficient in Triggers, Apex, LWC. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms Experience developing customer-facing interfaces. Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps for automating deployments. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Previous experience from insurance domain is nice to have Experience with Vlocity is good to have Good communication skills.
