Salesforce Architect

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and solution-driven Salesforce Architect with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring best practices, data security, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Own and define the Salesforce architecture roadmap and solutions for key business initiatives. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices. Design scalable and performant Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). Lead end-to-end solution architecture involving integration with other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Handson experience in Financial Services Cloud. Hands on experience in Omnistudio platform. Provide guidance to development teams on technical solutions, code quality, and design standards. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with architecture standards. Evaluate new Salesforce features/releases and recommend adoption strategies. Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across the Salesforce platform. Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and admins to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Support performance tuning, scalability analysis, and proactive monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications: 58 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL). Proven experience in designing scalable Salesforce architecture and integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and data modeling. Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or custom APIs. Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following): Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, etc.) is a plus. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
