We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer-3 (SDE-3) to join our team at Cashfree in a Salesforce development role. This role involves working closely with our sales and operations teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The SDE-3 will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance our customers experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with our sales and operations teams to design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Leading the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, including writing code, testing, and deploying solutions.

Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance our customers experience.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new Salesforce applications and features.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Salesforce and its product suite.

Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and best practices to ensure we are always delivering the best possible solutions to our customers.

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them grow in their careers.

Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all code meets our high standards of quality and maintainability.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customers, to ensure successful project outcomes.

• BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience programming on the Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite, including Sales Cloud, Platform, and the App Exchange.

• Extensive development experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual-force, Lightning, Batch Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Firm understanding of advanced design patterns and engineering best practices.

• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.

• Background in the development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product life-cycle.

• An effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting.

• Natural problem solver who enjoys identifying ways to improve our customers overall experience.

• Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based companies is a plus.

• Good to have experience with Java/Golang.
