You will be joining as a Salesforce Data Cloud professional with a total of 5-6+ years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on Data Cloud. Specifically, you should have 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration. Your role will involve communicating effectively with the onsite Salesforce development teams in the USA and coordinating with IT/Business stakeholders. It would be beneficial if you have experience in Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, and Community, and any other offerings like Marketing/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL will be a plus. As a Salesforce Data Cloud professional, you must hold certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, and AppBuilder Certification. Having additional certifications like Salesforce Integration Architect and Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) will be an advantage. Your responsibilities will include working on Data Cloud projects, focusing on design and implementation. You should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud development, data modeling, and data warehousing solutions. Your tasks will involve designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity. You will be configuring and managing Data Streams, implementing Identity Resolution rules, developing Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data strategies, data models, and data mapping will also be part of your role. Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages, knowledge of data governance practices, and ensuring data quality are essential skills required. You will closely work with marketing and sales teams to activate segmented audiences in real-time across multiple channels, ensuring seamless data integration and customer engagement. Monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud, designing and implementing data integration solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time permanent position with a budget of 29 LPA and work locations in Chennai, Bangalore, Cochin, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Pune.
