As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. Your expertise in data ingestion, unification, and real-time activation across Salesforce and third-party platforms will be key to success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects, and Calculated Insights in Salesforce Data Cloud. - Develop secure and scalable ETL/integration pipelines for real-time and batch data ingestion. - Configure Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activation workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to build unified customer profiles for Sales, Service, and Marketing use cases. - Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of Salesforce experience with a minimum of 1 year in Data Cloud/CDP/Genie and 4+ years in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC, and Integration. - Expertise in using Force.com capabilities to configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs. - Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and working with large datasets. - Strong understanding of Customer 360, data modeling, and identity resolution. - Familiarity with integrations such as APIs, Mulesoft, and ETL tools. - Experience in Agile/Scrum project management. - Proficient in Azure Devops for metadata deployment. - Certified in Salesforce Data Cloud.
