Salesforce CRM Consultant

As a Junior/ Mid Level Technical professional with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for implementing and architecting Salesforce.com using sales, service, marketing, and CRM objects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting up, customizing, and developing Salesforce.com and related app implementations based on best practices surrounding CRM, lead flow management, Custom Objects, Relational Data, and Salesforce.com. - Configuring Data Model, Security, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Process Builder, and Flow. Customizing Future Methods, Queue, Email Template, Translation Workbench, Customer and Partner Portal. - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightening, Apex, Visual Force Page, MySQL, JavaScript, SOQL, and Test Class. - Experience in integrating with other 3rd party applications such as ERP, Website using middleware integration solutions and via SOAP & REST. - Familiarity with secondary Salesforce APIs (Metadata API, Streaming API, etc.). - Handling Classic to Lightning Migration and understanding challenges and considerations for migration. - Rich Experience with Salesforce.com data migration. - Creating standard sales force reports, custom reports, and report types. - Developing technical design using standard patterns and communicating effectively with team members. - Defining technical requirements into solution architecture and driving independent projects. - Demonstrating strong technical problem-solving skills and performing independent code reviews and unit tests. - Possessing Salesforce Certified Developer 1 (PD1) Administrator (ADM201) is desirable.
