Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist, you will lead the migration of Tableau dashboards and reports to Salesforce CRM Analytics for Sales Cloud. Your main responsibility will be to design, build, and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for the Sales Cloud team. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will understand business requirements and create customized analytics solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will create interactive dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics to track sales performance, trends, and key metrics. Working closely with Salesforce developers, you will integrate CRM Analytics with other Salesforce applications and systems. Troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce CRM Analytics performance will be crucial to ensure fast, reliable, and accurate data. It is important to stay updated with new features and best practices in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau to ensure the best tools are being utilized. Moreover, providing training and support to end-users on CRM Analytics features and best practices will be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the migration of Tableau dashboards and reports to Salesforce CRM Analytics for Sales Cloud - Design, build, and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for actionable insights - Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized analytics solutions - Create interactive dashboards and reports to track sales performance and key metrics - Work closely with Salesforce developers to integrate CRM Analytics with other systems - Troubleshoot and optimize CRM Analytics performance - Stay updated with new features and best practices in Salesforce CRM Analytics - Provide training and support to end-users on CRM Analytics features Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics with Sales Cloud experience - Proven experience in migrating Tableau dashboards to Salesforce CRM Analytics - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including data modeling and reporting - Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and its tools - Proficiency in creating dynamic dashboards and data visualizations - Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy - Strong understanding of Salesforce data objects and integration methods - Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Data Integration, and Salesforce API - Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively - Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies - Salesforce Certifications like Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant are advantageous - Experience in automating processes with Salesforce and CRM Analytics,
