Role : Sr. Salesforce CPQ Developer. Location : Pune(Hybrid)/ Remote. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days. Key Duties And Responsibilities Include Expert in configuring, managing, and customizing the Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Orders Lifecycle. Understand the Data Model related to Salesforce CPQ. In-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates in Salesforce CPQ. Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including technical and functional capabilities. Design and implement Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ Optimization of solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed. Skills And Experience Required 4+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce CPQ. Good Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/LWC). Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products. Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools. Extensive experience in all phases of SFDC process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration & enhancement in Salesforce projects. Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs. Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ Price Waterfall methodology. Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like amendments, renewals, and order management. Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation, and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices. Effective verbal, and written communication skills. Sr. Salesforce Performance Quality Analyst Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide accurate high-level effort estimates on assigned QA tasks, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in task execution. • Independently handle QA items, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce org/system infrastructure to troubleshoot issues and engage relevant engineering teams. • Offer in-depth troubleshooting skills to resolve errors and performance issues, leveraging exploratory testing methodologies effectively. • Write detailed test cases, execute them, and creatively identify bugs in newly added application features. • Perform regression testing, delivering comprehensive bug reports and test results with reproducible steps and screenshots. • Interpret project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to craft and execute effective test cases. • Investigate customer-reported problems, manage bug reports, and capture appropriate logs in Salesforce for diagnosis. • Collaborate with deployment and Salesforce teams on system-level issues, communication, analysis, testing, and implementation activities. • Stay updated on product developments and contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and procedures. • Adhere to pre-defined processes, instructions, and policies during daily task execution. • Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to QA best practices. • Gather and understand performance testing requirements and strategize the testing approach. • Conduct R&D or POCs, create and customize load generation scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. • Set up monitoring, capture performance results, and generate performance reports. • Interact effectively with all stakeholders to communicate test progress, issues, and findings. • Plan all tasks and dependencies for performance testing activities. Skills Required: • 4+ years of total QA experience, including: o 2+ years of Salesforce QA (Manual or Automation) experience. o 2+ years of Performance Testing experience with JMeter or BlazeMeter. • Experience with Web Services testing using Postman or ReadyAPI. • Strong proficiency in UI, regression, performance, usability, and ad-hoc testing. • Solid understanding of Chrome Developer Tools for debugging. • Familiarity with Agile development and QA lifecycle. • Coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Ability to independently plan and execute QA strategies.
