Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead the migration of Tableau dashboards and reports to Salesforce CRM Analytics for Sales Cloud. Your main responsibility will be to design, build, and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for the Sales Cloud team. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and creating customized analytics solutions that meet their needs will be essential. You will also create interactive dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics to track sales performance, trends, and key metrics. Working closely with Salesforce developers to integrate CRM Analytics with other Salesforce applications and systems will be part of your role. Troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce CRM Analytics performance to ensure fast, reliable, and accurate data will also be your responsibility. You should stay updated with new features and best practices in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau to ensure the best tools are being utilized. Additionally, providing training and support to end-users on CRM Analytics features and best practices will be required. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics working with Sales Cloud and at least 3 projects on CRM Analytics. - Proven experience in migrating Tableau dashboards and reports to Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including data modeling, security, and reporting. - Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics) and its various tools and features. - Proficiency in creating dynamic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data objects and data integration methods. - Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Data Integration, and Salesforce API. - Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. - Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies. - Salesforce Certifications like Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant certifications are good to have. - Experience in automating processes with Salesforce and CRM Analytics.
