Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using
Apex
,
LWC
, and declarative Salesforce tools.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Manage
data migration and data quality
within Salesforce environments.
Perform
integrations
between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Handle
deployments
using Change Sets, org-dependent unlocked packages, managed packages, and version control tools (Copado, AutoRabit, GitLab).
Support and enhance
Sales Cloud
,
Service Cloud
,
Revenue Cloud Advanced
,
CPQ
, and
Commerce Cloud
implementations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and ensure system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of
Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)
, and
Salesforce Administration

Proficiency in
Salesforce Configuration

Data Management

Integrations
.
Experience in
deployments
using Change Sets, unlocked packages, and tools like

Hands-on experience with
Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

Revenue Cloud Advanced

.
Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and best practices.
Salesforce Developer and/or Cloud certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Exposure to third-party AppExchange apps and custom integrations.
