We are seeking a talented and experienced Vlocity Industries CPQ Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) CPQ solutions to optimize and streamline the configuration, pricing, and quoting processes for our industry-specific business needs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Vlocity CPQ and Salesforce platform functionalities, along with a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CPQ Solution Design and Development:

Design and configure Salesforce Industries CPQ solutions tailored to meet the organization's business requirements.

Develop product catalogs, pricing models, rules, and workflows to support industry-specific quoting processes.

Implement advanced configuration rules and product structures within the Vlocity CPQ platform.

2. Customization and Integration:

Customize Vlocity CPQ solutions using OmniStudio, Vlocity Cards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptor.

Integrate Vlocity CPQ with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and customizations.

3. Optimization and Support:

Optimize CPQ processes to enhance performance, scalability, and usability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vlocity CPQ users.

Ensure system compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

4. Collaboration and Documentation:

Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver CPQ solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and test cases.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality of the CPQ implementation.

5. Training and Enablement:

Train end-users and key stakeholders on Vlocity CPQ functionalities and enhancements.

Promote the adoption of Vlocity CPQ best practices across teams.
