Job Description

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CPQ, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.- Design and document end-to-end CPQ workflows, pricing strategies, discount approvals, and quote-to-cash processes.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and external consultants to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.- Conduct UAT, regression testing, and support go-live efforts including training and change management.
Manage and prioritize a backlog of enhancements and bug fixes for CPQ systems.- Support ongoing system configuration, maintenance, and data integrity efforts.
