Salesforce DevOps Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization using Copado and Azure DevOps.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments, metadata dependencies, and rollback strategies.
  • Automate sandbox refreshes, version control, and testing integrations.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve release efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless releases.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in DevOps or Release Engineering, with 3+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on with

    Copado CI/CD

    Copado CRT

    , and

    Azure DevOps

  • Strong Salesforce development background (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Proficiency in Git, automation, and sandbox management.
  • Copado & Salesforce certifications preferred.
