Job Description: Salesforce Conga Architect - Remote Opportunity (8+ Years of Experience) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Conga Architect to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions using Salesforce and Conga (Apttus) platforms to meet the enterprise document generation, contract lifecycle management, and revenue operations needs of our clients. This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and secure solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end solutions integrating Salesforce with Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). Define scalable architectures and best practices for document generation, contract automation, and revenue operations processes. Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Implementation and Development: Configure and customize Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and Conga CPQ solutions within Salesforce. Develop templates for document generation, eSignature integration, and workflow automation. Implement advanced logic for dynamic templates, complex pricing rules, and contract negotiation workflows. Integration and Automation: Integrate Salesforce and Conga with external systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and payment gateways. Develop and maintain APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange. Automate processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex. Performance Optimization: Optimize document generation and contract lifecycle workflows for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce and Conga implementations. Collaboration and Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions. Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators in Salesforce and Conga implementation projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to deliver seamless solutions. Governance and Compliance: Ensure security and compliance of all Salesforce and Conga configurations with regulatory standards. Establish data governance practices to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Documentation and Support: Create and maintain documentation for solution designs, workflows, and configurations. Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams. Required Technical Skill Set: Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. Conga (Apttus) Expertise: Deep expertise in Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and Conga CPQ solutions. Strong understanding of template design, contract lifecycle automation, and pricing engine configuration. Integration and API Development: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and integration patterns. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Data Loader and ETL tools. Document Generation and Workflow Automation: Advanced skills in designing and automating dynamic templates, workflows, and approval processes. Cloud and DevOps Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments. Compliance and Security: Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX. Preferred Skills and Certifications: Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (required). Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Advanced Administrator. Conga certifications in Composer, CLM, and CPQ (highly preferred). Additional Skills: Experience with eSignature platforms like DocuSign or Adobe Sign. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Conga solutions.
