Job Title: Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6–12 Months
Experience Required: 5+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer to support end-to-end development, configuration, and optimization of Communication Cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and configuring Communication Cloud data models, templates, and industry frameworks. The role involves designing scalable communications workflows, implementing digital engagement features, and integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Responsibilities include requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment following Salesforce best practices. The candidate must have experience in Vlocity/Industry Cloud components, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering high-quality, reusable solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
Salesforce Certifications in OmniStudio or Industry Cloud are preferred.
