We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vlocity Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) position. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Vlocity Industry Clouds and the entire OmniStudio suite, coupled with robust Salesforce configuration and customization expertise. This role requires an individual who can translate functional requirements into technical designs, build solutions independently, and contribute to team mentoring and practice-level initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, configure, and implement solutions leveraging Vlocity OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, Calculation Procedures, Calculation Matrices, and Angular Templates. Work with Vlocity LWC and Vlocity IDX to create highly engaging and efficient user experiences. Apply expertise in Salesforce Configuration (Workflows, Process Builders, Sharing-Security Settings) and Customization areas (Apex Trigger, Apex Classes, Apex Batch, LWC, Lightning Aura Components). Understand functional requirements thoroughly and develop robust technical designs using standard patterns, effectively communicating these to the team. Possess strong technical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges independently. Design, build, and configure applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in understanding the underlying Vlocity data model across various industries and build solutions with a Vlocity First approach. Analyze User Story requirements and independently develop solutions from inception to completion. Communicate and collaborate effectively within a team environment, actively mentoring resources who may not have prior experience with Vlocity products. Independently triage defects and provide support for deployments and releases. Contribute to practice-level initiatives, including building go-to-market solutions, assets, and accelerators. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience on one of the Vlocity Industry Clouds (Health, Insurance, Communications, or Public Sector experience is highly preferred). Platform-level understanding and hands-on experience with OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, Calculation Procedures, Calculation Matrices, and Angular Templates. Experience with Vlocity LWC and Vlocity IDX. Strong experience in Salesforce Configuration (Workflows, Process Builders, Sharing-Security Settings). Proficiency in Salesforce Customization areas (Apex Trigger, Apex Classes, Apex Batch, LWC, Lightning Aura). Ability to understand functional requirements and develop sound technical designs using standard patterns. Very strong technical and problem-solving skills. Ability to design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements leveraging Vlocity configuration and/or customization. Proficiency in understanding the underlying Vlocity data model across industries and building solutions with a Vlocity First approach. Capability to triage defects independently and support deployments/releases. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant. Vlocity Industry certifications. Salesforce.com Administrator or Developer certified. Knowledgeable in Apex and LWC. Holds Vlocity Industry experience in Health, Insurance, Communications, or Government sectors.
