Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce cloud to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce cloud implementation.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
