Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to develop, customize, and maintain eCommerce applications on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Demandware). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headless commerce architecture and Progressive Web App (PWA) development using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain scalable eCommerce applications on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  
• Build and maintain headless storefronts leveraging SFCC APIs including OCAPI, SCAPI, and GraphQL.
  
• Design and implement Progressive Web Apps (PWA) using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
  
• Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and analytics tools.
  
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional development teams to translate business requirements into high-performance solutions.
  
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to defining best practices for headless commerce implementations.
  
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
  
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following Agile software development methodologies.
  
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  

Essential Skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development, particularly in headless architecture.
  
• Strong experience in Progressive Web App (PWA) development using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
  
• Deep understanding of SFCC APIs including OCAPI, SCAPI, and GraphQL.
  
• Experience integrating multiple third-party services relevant to eCommerce platforms.
  
• Solid knowledge of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments and mentor junior team members.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership in architecting and implementing modern, scalable eCommerce solutions on SFCC.
  
• Hands-on experience with headless front-end frameworks and best practices in PWA development.
