Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

About the Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce applications on

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

   platform.
• Develop server-side scripts using

  ISML, SFRA, and Script API

  .
• Implement front-end solutions using

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Angular

  .
• Integrate SFCC with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, CRM, marketing platforms).
• Customize SFCC cartridges and implement site-wide features and functionalities.
• Optimize website performance and ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 47 years of experience in

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) development

  .
• Strong experience with

  SFRA (Salesforce Reference Architecture)

   and

  SiteGenesis

  .
• Proficient in

  JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Experience in

  server-side scripting, ISML templates, controllers, and pipelines

  .
• Knowledge of

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud tools

  , including Business Manager, Metadata API, and OCAPI.
• Experience with

  front-end frameworks

   (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and responsive design.
• Understanding of

  e-commerce workflows, payment integrations, and catalog management

  .
• Familiarity with version control systems (

  Git, Bitbucket

  ) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce

  Commerce Cloud Digital and Order Management

   knowledge.
• Exposure to

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration

  .
• Experience with cloud hosting and deployment tools.
