Salesforce Business Analyst

Simpliigence is looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst(Hybrid -Bangalore) with a strong techno-functional background to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and working closely with both end-users and developers.

As a Certified Salesforce Consulting Partner. We enable Small & Medium Businesses to adapt and use Salesforce by utilizing the platform for all CRM and non-CRM needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to Salesforce platforms.
  
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate with developers for solution design, customizations (Apex, Visualforce), and integrations.
  
• Configure Salesforce features like Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
  
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle: UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
• Conduct data analysis, user training, and impact assessments for enhancements and releases.
  
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.
