Job Description

Simpliigence is looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst(Hybrid -Bangalore) with a strong techno-functional background to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and working closely with both end-users and developers. As a Certified Salesforce Consulting Partner. We enable Small & Medium Businesses to adapt and use Salesforce by utilizing the platform for all CRM and non-CRM needs. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to Salesforce platforms. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with developers for solution design, customizations (Apex, Visualforce), and integrations. Configure Salesforce features like Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards. Support end-to-end project lifecycle: UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Conduct data analysis, user training, and impact assessments for enhancements and releases. Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.
