About the Role

Salesforce Business Analysts / Salesforce Consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  
• Analyze processes and recommend Salesforce-driven improvements.
  
• Translate requirements into

  functional specifications, user stories, and use cases

  .
• Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to design scalable solutions.
  
• Create detailed documentation: process flows, functional specs, user stories.
  
• Lead/support

  UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

  .
• Conduct end-user training and adoption programs.
  
• Monitor system usage and recommend optimizations.
  
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of total experience, with

  minimum 3 years in Salesforce BA/Consultant role

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

  .

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  (Mandatory).

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

  (Mandatory).
• Experience with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Excellent documentation skills (user stories, specs, process flows).
  
• Experience in

  test case preparation and UAT coordination

  .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  
• Salesforce Release Management experience (Sales/Service Cloud; FSC & Pardot exposure is a plus).
  
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
  
• Knowledge of

  data migration, governance, and change management
