Business Analyst Job Details: EXP: 5+ Years Shift Timings: Regular Shift Location: Remote Technical Skills: • Experience: 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce. Good Experience into Sales and Service Cloud. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, process builder, and Lightning components. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions (Having good documentation skills). • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications are preferred.Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery. Analyze business needs using Salesforce tools. Ensure data accuracy and system compliance. Develop solutions through Apex programming.
