JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for passionate handon salesforce Architect to Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, third party integrations and align with best practices. He should meet the below pointers. Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Implementation and Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. 1. Oversee the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations. 2. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Technical Leadership: 1. Provide technical solution and guidance to development teams. 2. Should be able to contribute in module development and Improvements 3. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 4. Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Continuous Improvement: 1. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. 2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. 3. Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities within the organization. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and development. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms. Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
