Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, you will be joining the Core Business Platforms organization at Red Hat. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the technology strategy for Salesforce use. This role requires the highest level of technical expertise and involves managing the technical structure and global configuration of Salesforce based on business strategy and needs. You will collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between the Salesforce strategy and Red Hat's overall objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams and product managers supporting Salesforce and other Sales applications to provide solution options, identify issues, and ensure platform health and agility to support current and future needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state technology architectures and roadmaps - Understanding potential opportunities, recommending solutions, and guiding development teams - Producing artifacts to guide technical teams towards meaningful business outcomes - Providing oversight for technical work and ensuring platform standards are followed - Monitoring and maintaining platform health using KPIs for performance, data quality, technical debt, and agility - Maintaining up-to-date documentation of current state architecture, data flows, and integrations for Sales and Support applications - Acting as a technical tier 4 for unresolved inquiries and ensuring regulatory and data compliance To be successful in this role, you should have: - 7-10 years of Salesforce Development or advanced admin experience with at least 3 years as an application/platform architect - Certifications in Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Salesforce Systems Architect - Strong experience in implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud for Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and managing complex compensation logic - Expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce governor limits, and applications development - Effective interpersonal skills, ability to engage stakeholders, and align architectural designs with best practices - Experience with agile development methodologies and Salesforce Flow design Additional qualifications such as designing custom solutions, technical governance oversight, CRM Analytics, or iPaaS integration tools are considered a plus.
