What You'll Do:

• We are looking for the Salesforce architect that will strategy across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Lead solution design sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation including data modeling, integration, and automation.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure quality delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in architecting solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes: Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel.
• Experience with middleware tools, ETL platforms, and enterprise integrations.
