Key Responsibilities Payroll Management (US & India) Process monthly payroll while ensuring tax compliance. Maintain accurate payroll records (salary revisions, deductions, benefits). Handle payroll queries and compliance reporting. Accounts & Finance Manage invoicing, AP & AR, and accounts reconciliation. Ensure timely billing, collections, and accurate financial reporting. Work with finance teams to optimize cash flow. HR Operations & Onboarding Manage end-to-end onboarding for contracts & FTEs. Ensure documentation, agreements & background checks are completed. Maintain employee records & draft HR/payroll documentation. Systems & Compliance Utilize QuickBooks for payroll, invoicing, and financial records. Stay updated on labor laws & payroll compliance (US & India). Generate and analyze payroll & finance reports. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in HR, Payroll & Finance operations.
