Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals

Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Create and maintain technical architecture documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and process flows

Define best practices and coding standards for development teams

Work closely with developers to ensure technical quality and adherence to architectural standards

Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap

Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and AppExchange solutions

Drive solution reviews and provide architectural oversight during project delivery

Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD and environment strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise across Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and limits

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), or ETL tools

Application Architect

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
